Spectacle of Lights

Last weekend, we decided to take a last minute trip to Attleboro to see the lights. Chris used to go to them when he was younger so we decided to take Oliver and Adelaide. Nonna and Papa decided to meet us there which was such a fun treat for the kids. When we arrived, we started exploring all the lights and it was just beautiful!

I love this picture of Chris, the kids and Nonna and Papa.

Adelaide and Oliver's faces lit up with joy when they saw a carousel!

It is strange to me that our children have not really known a time of peace on Earth. Hopefully it will happen soon!

Nonna did a great job walking along with Oliver and reading him the stories.

After the lights, we went to a delicious Thai restaurant. We had spring rolls, edamame, dumplings and Pad Thai. By the time we got in the car to head home, it was well past Oliver and Adelaide's bedtime. They were fast asleep within three minutes of the Thai restaurant.
I was really happy that Chris suggested we take the trip there to see the lights. Oliver and Adelaide really enjoyed themselves and loved seeing Nonna and Papa!

That is a great photo of Chris with the kids and Nonna and Papa! Also - I love A with her hair back...I see a strong resemblance to O with her hair pulled back!!
