The rest of our week consisted of getting together with Oliver's friend Lauren from school and then catching up on sleep before heading to Maine for the weekend!
We were so excited to go to Maine. When we got there, we were hoping for sunny skies and warm weather but it was overcast and a bit chilly. Apparently the chilly weather did not deter the bugs. They were out in full force. It didn't keep us inside!

I decided to dance with Grammi. She was saying how she always dances with Oliver, so I decided to give her the honor. The only condition was no Neil!

Then, we were hard at work building the horseshoe pit.
On Sunday, the weather was nice enough to put on our suits and go out on the boat.
Turns out I like to just chill out on the boat. I was perfectly comfortable picking my seat and enjoying the ride.
After an incredibly difficult boat ride that including swimming down by the islands, we decided we really needed to relax. So, we lounged outside with fudgcicles to end the day.
Our weekend in Maine was really lovely. It was relaxing, fun and included good company. Oh, and mommy, daddy, Grammi and Dzia Dzia brought back the card game Hand and Foot while Oliver and I were sleeping. We heard Dzia Dzia doing some grumbling but we don't really know what it was about!
