What does a gal do when it is a dreary day? Put on the workout clothes and hit our gym. Here is a surefire program to make every toddler have fun while still getting some exercise.
Step One: Walk down the stairs. No elevator taking allowed!
Step Two: Do some flexing on the way to get the muscles ready.
Step Three: Jump up and down like a crazy jumping bean until mommy says stop!
Step 4: Attempt some jumping jacks.
Step Five: Don't forget to stretch!
Step Six: Touch your toes. Mommy can't touch her toes but Oliver and I seem to have that covered!
Step Seven: Sit down and flex your muscles. Not sure what it does but it sure was fun!
Step Eight: Strike a pose. Working out is way more fun when you strike a pose.
Overall, this workout with solid focus and discipline should take you about three minutes. Enjoy!
